We have made a number of improvements to Application Sharing in Version 10.  These include: 1. In prior releases, you often would have a "black box" display to your viewers when you used a variety of drop down lists or tooltips or other "sub windows" when sharing an application.  This has been resolved and you should now always see the menus, submenus, windows and sub-windows of a given application when application sharing.

There are a number of new audible notifications which can be configured through the Preferences panel including: Participant Joined Chat Message Recieved Along with the ability to "turn off" audible messages that were previously always on like: Recording notifications (Started, Stopped, In Progress) Handraise Please let us know if these configurable audbile notifications are helpful, the tones used are non-aggravating, etc.

Please note that it is really critical to include your system information when giving auido input: Operating System and Version Java Version Other hardware info such as Manufacturer, Model Number and Style (i.e. laptop or desktop) Info about what you are using for input/output (i.e. USB headset, Standard headset, internal mic, etc.)

I've noticed in both v9.7 and v10 that if I have a unlocked layout that I have "created" it is not maintained/does not revert back to my specific layout after I open/close application share.  It changes the client interface layout back to an unlocked version of the locked layout format.
