Hey...this site is pretty cool. Our entire school is doing 2 book studies and all of our meetings will be thru group discussion boards not after school meetings. Cool huh!

    Steve,
In case anyone is interested, I will begin a free series of online presentations on computer programming at 10am CDT on March 22 using the Alice programming environment from Carnegie Mellon University. The series is primarily intended for public school teachers in the state of Georgia, but we will have 100 seats available and will be happy to have other interested participants as well. For login information, schedule information, etc. go to http://coweb.cc.gatech.edu/ice-gt/1296 Only teachers from Georgia need to register for the event. Others can simply join the presentation using the link that is provided on that page.
This series is sponsored by Georgia Institute of Technology.
    Dick Baldwin
