I confused. When I go to my own v-room as moderator for a small session, I can't find a button for recording and when I try to schedule a public session to see if I could record there, my session reverts back to being a private one. Can someone clarify if I can record in the private small sessions, and how I schedule a public session. Thanks, Maryanne

I do have the events now added to the portfiolo section in the Moodle group. That has all of the recording links together in one location instead of having to find them in an event search or by wandering through the LearnCentral calendar.
We also have all the recording links together in one place within the Moodle for Teachers Moodle course at Virtual Homeschool Group. It is a course listed in the Training section of the home page. The course is open to guest access if someone merely wants to access the recordings. If someone wanted a sandbox course to try out what they were learning they could register at the site and enroll in the course.
We will be on session 5/9 on Monday, so the entire series is not yet complete. We are running the series in the LearnCentral room on Mondays at 10am Central and on Fridays at 1pm Central, so a search for the upcoming events can be run via the event calendar. The series will be finished up in just a few more weeks.

Yesterday when I joined my own (free 3 people) Vroom I was auto given 'Moderator privaleges' Today when I joined .... I'm just a regular Joe ;-( Both times I was the only person in the room .. and used the same windows XP laptop and adsl connection. Did the Elluminate gang not get the sacrificial lamb and plain brown envelope full of unmarked bills ... that I sent by DHL yesterday? Sorry ... for the rush of questions ....
