How Do We Use Cookies?

How do we use Usernames ?

Your username may be displayed throughout the website, and is therefore available to the other users of our website. All of your activities on the website will be identifiable to your username. Other people can see your published content including lessons, tests, trivia questions, comments, courses and tutor offerings, your authority and so on. Therefore, if you associate your name with your username, the people you have revealed your name to will be able to personally identify your LearnCentral activities. We also provide a number of ways to allow other users to find out more about you and your activities on the website through the authority feature. Further, we may send out notices to you or other community members regarding suspicious activity or policy violations in respect of the Learn Central community or the website.

What about Links to other Websites?

Our website may contain links to other websites that may be subject to less stringent privacy standards.  We cannot assume any responsibility for the privacy practices, policies or actions of the third parties that operate these websites.  LearnCentral is not responsible for how such third parties collect, use or disclose your personal information.  You should review the privacy policies of these websites before providing them with personal information.
