As a vRoom user, your room will automatically be updated on July 11, 2009.  There will be no downtime with the upgrade. When joining for the first time after this upgrade, you will automatically download the new version thus enabling you to take advantage of the features in the new version.  In order to help you with the transition, we have several resources available to you.  Our website has been updated and you will find specific resources on V9.5 at http://www.elluminate.com/support/training/ and http://www.elluminate.com/support.
