Hi Guy! The PowerPoint cannot be open on your computer and it must be saved as a .PPT or .PPTX. Elluminate will not accept PDFs or Keynote presentations. You can also save the presentation as images and upload the images that way. We have to do that sometimes if the PowerPoint is a large file.

When you are in your vRoom just look for the file folder at the bottom of the whiteboard icons. It is situated beside the icon for creating a new whiteboard page. Once you click on the folder just follow the steps to locate the ppt slides on your computer and ellumiante will do the conversion and upload for them to be displayed in your whiteboard area.

Go to this link http://elluminate.com/support/docs/9.5/moderator.jsp and run the recorded session on "whiteboard" it explains everyting you need.

Good luck

Keith

A download is not possible but you can save all the slides by saving your whiteboad file. If you are trying to upload a ppt that shouldn't be a problem, are you accessing the correct area inside elluminate to upload? If you were viewing slides via application sharing the person showing the slides could do a file share with the elluminate tools and send the file to your or if you were the one showing the ppt you could give desktop control to the person wanting the file and they could save a copy to their hard drive. A few options but I'm not totally sure I understood your question.

Other support here http://support.elluminate.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=2653 and http://elluminate.com/support/docs/9.5/moderator.jsp

Good luck hope this may have helped..
