Hi All

I just went to check on how far ahead I was with putting the Edublogs Webinars in the Australia Series Calendar and realised that all the times from this week onward all seemed to have changed to 6am on Fridays. This is incorrect for Western Australia - in common with some other Australian States we don't have daylight saving so our clocks remain on GMT +8 all year.

I have changed the times back to 7am but then realised that this might cause a problem with areas in Asia/Pacific timezone that do change. So now I am totally confused!

I gould be grateful for some clarification on whether the automatic time adjustment takes account of oddities like WA and if not what we can do to resolve the fact that some people will see the wrong time?

Thank you for your help

Jo Hart

Thank you Kim

Your reply much appreciated I just had a panic and thought we might have a problem because of the fact that we don't have daylight saving here in Western Australia this year (it's one of those on/off things they keep having trials and then dropping it again - confuses the rest of Australia as well as us)

You are welcome Jo! We had the same issue on Monday so I know what you were going through!

There was an issue with the time change over the weekend. It has since been resolved so you can create events and list the time appropriate for your time zone. It will be adjusted for everyone else once they log in to LC.
