I'm in the midst of training new catalogers using my vRoom.  Two of them recently registered on learncentral.org and received the following message, "Your account has been put on hold. If you feel this has been done in error, please contact the Community Administrator."

Their names are JoAnn Kiziah and Bill Duffey.  Please help!

Colleen,

If you can access your Vroom, why don't you invite them to join you. They do not need to register to have a conference with you through your Vroom. Email them the link of your room and you should be set to go.

I tried that with folks in the beginning, but learncentral would make them register first before they'd be able to enter my vRoom.  Has it gone back to the way it was before?  I sure hope so, because it was easier back then...

Hi Colleen - in the beginning we did require non-members to register before entering member vRooms, but we changed that a while back so you don't have to be part of LC to use that feature. Send your colleagues this link to get directly to your vRoom.

In the meantime, I'll check the status of their accounts. Thanks for the heads up.
